Water and wastewater (combined rate), Block 1: all consumers, up to 5,000 m³ a year
CAD 4.8629 per m³ if paid by the due date (CAD 5.1188 after)
Block 2: industrial process use over 5,000 m³ a year (Industrial Water Rate Program only)
CAD 3.3219 per m³ if paid by the due date (CAD 3.4967 after)

One combined rate covers both water and wastewater. The calculator uses the Block 1 on-time rate.
